High-Precision Manufacturing and Assembly Processes

Step 1: Solar Cell Production and Processing
Selection and processing of high-purity silicon wafers (N-Type / TOPCon). Application of passivation layers and high-conductivity screen-printed electrical contacts to maximize photon absorption.
Step 2: Cell Slicing and Interconnection
Precision half-cut cell slicing and automated multi-busbar (SMBB) soldering to minimize internal resistance losses and improve circuit durability.
Step 3: Lamination and Thermal Encapsulation
Multi-layer lay-up combining high-transmittance tempered glass, EVA/POE encapsulant films, the solar cell matrix, and a protective backsheet. Processed through vacuum lamination under precise thermal control to eliminate air bubbles and prevent moisture ingress.
Step 4: Aluminum Framing and Junction Box Installation
Automated assembly of heavy-duty anodized aluminum frames for high mechanical load resistance against wind and snow, paired with IP68-rated bypass junction boxes for certified electrical safety.
Step 5: Electroluminescence (EL) Testing and Quality Assurance
Optical inspection using EL imaging before and after lamination to detect invisible micro-cracks, ensuring every panel meets its guaranteed nominal power output
